Anne-Marie also offered some valuable advice, not just on tips and techniques, but sensual living in general. I think what I appreciated the most was the honesty and the humour. And though there were some practical exercises, nothing was uncomfortable or out of anyone’s comfort zone. We could have been at a massage or a facial workshop.
