SENSORIUM is a conscious touch and sensory soundscape experience (very similar to a sound journey/bath) that includes theta & beta waves, solfeggio frequencies, binaural beats, saxophone, scent and vocals.
This combination of somatic polyvagal relaxation work has been scientifically shown to improve sleep, release anxiety, lift mood, libido and ability to communicate and relate to others.
